Creep and Saw I/II is worst.

0.5 is awarded to the girl who died in the warehouse with NAILS ta-ta-ta (pierce) through her head, her face and her hand when she fell and hit the machine gun.
The rest are just body breaking, body smashed into parts, ..
Nay.
Plot; same as FD1, with the exception that all died in the end.
Note; full meal before that show is perfectly OK. The show doesn't gross you out.
